HOW TO REGISTER
1)
Login/create an account on Squadi - Football (squadi.com)
2)
Select your CURRENT Player Profile or Add a Participant.
- If you select your Active Profile, click “Actions” and then “Register” & follow the required steps.
- If you select “New Participant Registration”, scroll to the bottom of the page and select the applicable tab as shown, *Registering Myself, * Registering a Family Member, *Registering a Non-Family Member

In "Find a Competition" type “Sunshine Coast Wave Futsal Club” in the Organisation Name box and scroll below to select and click on,
" 2025 Futsal State Titles"
4)
Tick the box – "Futsal Player Advanced - Junior Player" or "Futsal Player Advanced - Senior Player " box under Membership Details and select the applicable Division (either JUNIOR or SENIOR) under "Registration Age Group".

Select “Add Competition and Membership" button.

In the "Existing Medical Conditions" box, list any relevant medical conditions, if you have nothing to add, please write "NIL" or N/A"
Complete the remaining details and once again click the “Sign up to Competition“ button.
7)
If you are using a "Play On Voucher" , click on " Add Government Voucher" and Enter Code
Ensure the $200.00 voucher cost is deducted on the right hand side before proceeding below.
Review the details shown and click “I Agree” on the Terms & Conditions and click "Continue"..
8)
Proceed to payment screen and pay for your registration by clicking the “Submit” button.
