Sunshine Coast Futsal has been declared the Champion Region of Football Queensland Futsal once again for the second year running. Results are as follows, 9 Boys - Champions 10 Boys - Runners Up 11 Boys - Champions 12 Boys - Runners Up 13 Boys - Champions 14 Boys - Runners Up Open Women - Champions Open Men - Champions Futsal Coaching CourseFootball Queensland are running a Community Futsal Coaching Certificate at the University of the Sunshine Coast on Sunday March 18th from 9:00am – 5:00pm. The cost of the course is $77.00 and if you’re interested you need to register at http://footballcoachqld.com.au/eventinfo.php?id=674 If you are unable to attend this course please refer to the attachment as there will be another course provided at QSAC (QE2 Stadium) in Brisbane on 29th April in which you will also need to register at http://footballcoachqld.com.au/eventinfo.php?id=677 This Community Certificate Course is a great introduction to futsal coaching and is currently the pre-requisite to apply to coach a Qld State Team at the National Futsal Championships in Canberra. Following this Community Certificate Course will be a Community Futsal License Course later on this year with dates and venue still to be announced. The course is open to anyone over the age of 16. Sunshine Coast Teams DominateCongratulations to all the Sunshine Coast Futsal Teams that participated in the Johnny Warren Cup last Saturday at Cornubia Sports Stadium. The JW Cup is a futsal competition where the best club teams from each region play against each other to be named " Champion of Champions ".
